James has been a very busy boy lately, he has been doing great at crawling,pulling up, cruising along the couch, and also loves pushing his toys around. His therapist wants us to order a walker for him, we have not done so yet because of the expense. I have an appointment at the end of April to see if we can get him a medical card, which would really help us out with his medical expenses. He is also learning how to throw temper tantrums and has been in a smacking phase, so I hope we can get him out this phase quickly! He can definitely tell us his opinion in his own way! Other than that, his health has been good, he is eating and sleeping and playing well, and his Keppra is still working great!

James is finally starting to say some words, I wanted to jot some of them down so i can keep track of them:

Mama,Dada,ball,uhoh,nose,eye,mouth,hello,bye,yay,more,there,all done,baby,row row.

I hope he keeps up the good work!

Keppra

James was started on a drug called Keppra for some seizures he experienced on 12/17/09, the day before he turned 18 months old. It was the scariest day of our life, he had a 2 1/2 hour long seizure, and stayed in the hospital for 4 days. Luckily, this drug has worked wonderful, no seizures since that day. I wanted to post a picture of his latest cat scan also.

Yay, our little man is finally crawling at 20 months old!! He is also pulling up to stand on furniture, way to go James!

We always love visting Grandma and Grandpa’s farm, we had such a lovely day! Grandpa took us on a tractor ride, and the girls loved posing on all of Grandpa’s tractors and playing with Stella (the dog) and looking at the chickens.
